Bob Fei
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Fei serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Life Cycle Engineering. He is responsible for achieving the company’s strategic goals and managing all day-to-day operations of the company.
Prior to joining LCE in 2002 as a Reliability Solutions Consultant in the Reliability Consulting Group, Mr. Fei worked as a consultant, manager and business analyst at companies including Ernst & Young, Anderson Consulting (now Accenture), and Niku Corporation (now part of Computer Associates.)
Mr. Fei received a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California. Mr. Fei is a Professional Engineer registered in South Carolina.
James R. Fei
Late Co-founder, Chairman, and former CEO (1947 – 2016)
Mr. Fei served as Chairman of the Board. His primary responsibilities included governing the company and overseeing the strategic direction of the organization.
Prior to incorporating Life Cycle Engineering, Inc. (LCE) in 1976, he worked at the Mare Island Naval Shipyard, the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and the Naval Sea Systems Command in Washington, D.C. Mr. Fei received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Ocean Engineering from the University of Hawaii. Mr. Fei was a Professional Engineer registered in several states.
Robert E. Bendetti, Jr.
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bendetti serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Life Cycle Engineering. His responsibilities encompass all financial operations of the company including accounting, contracting, purchasing, legal and information technology.
Prior to LCE, Mr. Bendetti served as V.P. of Finance at Galey & Lord Industries (G&L), a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of premium consumer products. His experience has spanned a variety of industries from consumer packaged goods to global aerospace engineering, including work with Lockheed Martin, Hormel Foods, Diamond Crystal Brands and the Coastal Logistics Group. Mr. Bendetti has an MBA and a Masters of Accounting and Financial Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant and also holds a Green Belt certification in the Six Sigma process improvement methodology.
Bambi Hoyt
Vice President of Business Development and Capture
Mrs. Hoyt serves as Vice President of Business Development and Capture at Life Cycle Engineering (LCE). She is responsible for positioning the company for continued growth and stability in the Federal sector.
In her 14 years at LCE, Mrs. Hoyt has led key growth initiatives, including managing and executing IT and technical programs for US Navy, DISA, US Air Force, US Marine Corps, and Veterans Affairs customers. Mrs. Hoyt’s career spans 20 years of experience in the DoD, Federal, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods industries. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Professional Communications from Clemson University.
Caleb Shomo
Vice President, Human Resources
Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer
Mr. Shomo serves as Vice President, responsible for Human Resources and LCE’s Ethics Compliance Program. He oversees all employee processes including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, benefits and compensation, succession planning, policy development/administration, training and employee relations. In addition, Mr. Shomo has overall, day-to-day responsibility for directing the company’s ethics, business conduct, and government contracting compliance programs.
With more than a decade of HR experience, Mr. Shomo is change management certified and has demonstrated results in recruiting, HR compliance, coaching, and teamwork. Prior to joining LCE he worked for a leading staffing and recruiting company focused on technical and engineering fields. Mr. Shomo holds two HR certifications and a Bachelors in Psychology from West Virginia University.
Kellam White
Vice President, Contracts
Ms. White serves as Vice President of Contracts at Life Cycle Engineering. In this role she is accountable for the company’s contract management, pricing, subcontracts and procurement functions. Ms. White also serves as Life Cycle Engineering’s Small Business Liaison Officer and the Chairperson of the Inclusion and Diversity Working Group.
Ms. White has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, contract management, pricing and business management. Prior to joining LCE, Ms. White held leadership positions within the defense industry for companies including SAIC, HII Fleet Support Group LLC, and Gibbs & Cox. Ms. White has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and a Master of Science in Accounting, both from the University of Virginia. She is also a Certified Professional Contracts Manager.
Limuel Sagadraca
Vice President, Reliability Consulting Group
Mr. Sagadraca serves as Vice President of the Reliability Consulting Group, which helps companies drive greater performance and value from their assets through the implementation of best practices in asset management, organizational effectiveness, equipment reliability and change management.
Mr. Sagadraca is a proven professional services executive with over 25 years of industry experience, most recently from Rockwell Automation, where he held the position of Global Manager - Business Value Consulting for their Information Solutions organization. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology and Software Design from the DeVry Institute of Technology and an MBA in Business Management and Finance from Roosevelt University.
Peter Thomas
Vice President, Federal Solutions Group
Mr. Thomas serves as Vice President of the Federal Solutions Group, which provides a full range of professional, engineering, information technology (IT) and technical services to the Department of Defense and federal government.
Mr. Thomas has more than 40 years of experience in U.S. Navy operations and in the naval ship repair, maintenance, and modernization industry. Prior to joining LCE in 2015, he served in the U.S. Navy for over three decades in multiple technical and leadership roles. Upon retirement from active duty Mr. Thomas held senior management positions at General Dynamics NASSCO and Oceaneering International, Inc.
